“Great place at a reasonable price”
Great place, very clean, spacious room with all amenities required. Location is great but some of the road to access the hotel are not paved. Not a big deal.. Walking distance from Supermarkets, restaurants and two main roads. Staff very attentive and always smiling and polite.

The staff are lovely and extremely competent - always going the extra mile to help. The coffee at breakfast is exceptional (e.g. flat whites / lattes like a top tier Melbourne cafe). My room was contemporary and elegant. Absolutely huge suite and tremendous comfort. Loft Apartments set a lofty standard. A genuine home away from home. I will be back soon and am already looking forward to seeing the wonderful team at Loft!!

“Lovely stay. My go to place in Addis.”
Second time there. Quiet location. Clean facility. Good spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. Also prompt to respond in case of any issue. Anissa , the supervisor is exceptionally kind and the staff are generally good including the security at the door.

“Excellent time hotel is I recommend to anyone what to go to addis”
I like how clean the rooms are it is convenient to many shops and local restaurants the road was closed in bole medhanialem that makes our journey very difficult but in general the hotel is excellent especially one of the receptionist called ሊዲያ she is excellent she makes our stay pleasant. the house maid she was also was an amazing lady she tidying the room very well she greets us very well. Also the porters especially the women porter very helpful. The shuttle driver also very nice all staff are excellent snd professional

Very warm and welcoming staff. They were helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, great location and we were extremely happy with our stay. We stayed over my birthday, and the staff prepared a lovely surprise in my room. This was very thoughtful.

Facilities are new and modern, clean. Staff: hospitality, cleaning staff really nice and welcoming Martha and Anisa were exceptional, breakfast was basic but very decent.
