“I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Geza Apartment hotel. Despite paying 1970 birr”
My experience at Geza Apartment hotel was extremely disappointing and left me feeling completely unsatisfied. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke, making the environment unpleasant and uncomfortable. Despite planning to stay for five days, I decided to leave immediately due to the unacceptable conditions. When I requested to check out and receive a refund for the night i piad on my arrival, the management refused to accommodate my request, even though I had only been in the room for five minutes. Despite my polite request, they were unwilling to offer any form of compensation or refund, leaving me feeling frustrated and cheated. Furthermore, the hotel's claim of providing shuttle services proved to be unreliable, as I had to wait for half an hour for a shuttle from another hotel affiliated with Geza Apartment, which they referred to as their sister company. This further added to my disappointment and inconvenience. Overall, my experience at Geza Apartment hotel was extremely negative, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nothing to complain they do provide excellent breakfast at top level to enjoy your breakfast while sighting Part of Addis Ababa beauty. I like Geza apartment Hotel location it give you quick access to any part of the city.
