Zemene,Ayantu,Addis,Mekdes,Fere,Henock,Mastewal,Misganu,Si mret..the list is endless .The staff are the jewel in the crown. They are profesional,friendly and accommodating . The hotel is clean with tasteful interior decoration, and pleasing views. In house facilities like the spa,swimming,hairdressers was much appreciated .

“A Flawless Stay Beyond My Expectations”
The cleanliness was impeccable; my room was refreshed daily and always felt spotless. Breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and very filling. The staff was exceptionally polite, helpful, and always welcoming. The massage service was outstanding and a perfect way to unwind after a long week. The hotel’s location was ideal—well known by everyone, making it incredibly easy to get around by taxi. Having an airport transfer service was a huge convenience for us, especially since we arrived late and departed late as well.

“The hotel always treats me like family whenever I stay at Getfam”
I liked that my check in was seamless. I always send my reservation with my passport details and airport pick up in advance so that there are no delays in checking in. Similarly, my check out was smooth and shuttle service to the airport was on time. I also always get allocated my favourite floor and room preference.

“Best hotel in Addis Ababa”
We liked everything and would definitely come back again during our second stay in Ethiopia. This is one of the best hotels. Good value for the price. Friendly stuff. Really good breakfast options.

Good choices at breakfast - omelette station, pastries, porridge, fruits & a lot of cake! Hot savoury African options Spas are single-sex and very well run, even late in the evening. Swimming pool is nice but very warm
