This hotel opened in May 2022 and still has the feel of a new establishment. The staff are friendly and helpful with a quick check in and concierge to carry bags. The room was spacious and with a nice small balcony overlooking the city. It could do with a table and chairs mind you. Bed and pillows comfortable, all the usual facilities are there but no coffee only tea sachets and no milk. Bathroom very spacious and very hot water and shower pressure. Food is ok but room service runs all night which is good. Transfer to the airport was smooth and free. It's not far! There's a lot of white in the decor so they'll have to keep on top of the maintenance!

Was very nice room. Reasonably new hotel. Very helpful staff, airport shuttle. Good breakfast wirh plenty of selection. On site restaurant. Baggage storage I stayed at this hotel a number of times as I travelled around Ethiopia using it as my hub.

“My stay in Addis was very comfortable because of Elmo's Hotel; I heartily recommend Elmo's!”
The entire facility was very clean with modern features. Staff were helpful and knowledgable. I enjoyed all of my meals there, and the breakfast selections were excellent. The dinner prices were extremely reasonable, and the food was very fresh and hot, even during room service.

“Perfect place to stay in Addis Ababa”
Elmos Hotel and its brilliant staff have been one of the most pleasant surprises during my stay in Addis Ababa. I stayed there for 7 days and during the whole stay the staff made sure that all of our needs and wishes are fulfilled. The selection of food was great, with different plates being rotated for the morning buffet and the dinner. The staff was very friendly and positive, and all of them spoke very good English. I found the complementary airport transfer very useful and reassuring, especially as it was my first time in Ethiopia. The rooms are very spacious, the beds comfortable allowing for great sleep. The hotel is spotless with hygiene on highest level! A lot of the main attractions in Addis are in 30-40 min walk, and there are some of the best coffee places in the city in 15 min radius!

“A place of peace with kind attentions”
The property is fresh and new with bright and calming colors. Premises are ultra clean, staff is very polite and flexible and the food is great including international and local dishes. The balcony and the view at night !!! My flight was delayed, the driver waited on me until I processed out from the airport. The hotel sent me a message to reassure me that somebody was there to pick me up no matter the delay. Customer service +++ This hotel deserves its 4* and was beyond my expectations in terms of pricing, I will definitely come back and recommend. I felt pampered. Thank you !!!
