“Very well located in the city centre”
Comfortable and quiet room in the city centre. Many of the city's attractions are within walking distance. Complimentary airport pickup, which is much appreciated given the traffic. Better WiFi than in other places in Ethiopia.

“Impossible to sleep because of the music, it is a nightclub!!”
It is not an hotel but a nightclub. Impossible to sleep because of the very very laugh music. And they didn't do anything to help us! And because it is a nightclub, it is a whore house... Not a good place for a family with children!!!

“Suitable for what I wanted and in the right location but a few details needed checking and improving”
Food was in the Moutain Restaurant on the floor below the Reception and I am not clear how it was related to the hotel. The service was friendly but slow, the food poor and the music - even when there were few people eating was far too loud.

“Really disappointing. Erase this hotel from your list !”
When I arrived, I was asked to pay right away, even before seeing my room. The electricity in my room wasn't working so, in the dark, I wasn't able to take a shower after a seven hour flight from Paris. I was also told it was impossible to get a cup of coffee in the hotel. The view from my room was over a very sad and very poor shanty town. All this lead me to change hotel immediately. I left afround 5 p:m and didn't sleep in Denver Hotel. Is there a possibility that I could be refunded ? I am an old customer of Booking !

“Convenient stay near major attractions”
Comfortable hotel located within walking distance to major sights in the area (museum, churches). The bathroom had hot shower. There were a few options nearby for lunch and dinner. Airport transfers were complimentary.
