Terrible, no hot water, sheets with holes, unbright lights, dirty water etc

While the rooms at this hotel were certainly spacious, the service, unfortunately, did not match the price point. We were particularly disappointed with the lack of wifi, bathroom falling apart mid-shower and in particular the breakfast experience. The buffet was inadequately stocked, and despite requesting specific breakfast items, we waited for over an hour with the impression that our food wasn't being prepared. To add to the frustration, we were rushed to finish our meal as we were told the airport shuttle was waiting, even though we had ample time. When the food finally arrived, it was not what we had ordered, and to top it off, we were asked to pay for a drink (considering the shoddy breakfast experience I would expect them to let it go). While I don't mind paying for a service, I expect that service to be provided and not begrudgingly.

Food was realy really baaaaaad,,,sunday chaaf,,, he was like evil,,, but other sraff was really good.

The pickup driver was amazing, the staff at the reception were good, but I think language was a challenge. The restaurant services could be improved. And the commodities in the room should be enhanced. The TV services was bad, I hardly watched TV.

THE HOTEL STAFF IS VERY LOVING, KIND AND FRIENDLY. ROOMS ARE BIG AND CLEAN

“It was even much better this time than in May 2019 as I knew exactly everything about the hotel.”

It is the second time I stay at this hotel as my previous stay had been in May 2019 and the hotel is always very good and the new reforms inside are really good and practical.

Nothing from that hotel every thing is bad The price is very high regarding the every things there

The staff was helpful, the floor was quiet and there was not much disturbance from inside the hotel. The bed was comfy. Hot water in the shower. room service was on time.

All the staff were nice, helpful, especially Tadesse K(Airport shuttle driver), the staff at the restaurant and reception and hotell manager/hostess lady.
