recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire team consistently delivered warm, attentive, and professional service, making my stay truly memorable. A special mention goes to Abay, who stood out with his outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly polite, always ready to help, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rest of the staff were equally impressive — from the friendly front desk team to the efficient housekeeping staff who kept the room spotless every day. Their teamwork and positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a staff that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. I highly recommend staying here, and I want to extend my sincere thanks to the entire team — especially Abay — for making my visit exceptional.

This was my fourth stay at the Check Inn Hotel. Breakfast: The breakfast was acceptable; however, it would be beneficial to also consider European or Western preferences. For example, offering a wider selection of bread (not only toast), muesli with various ingredients (such as oats, nuts, and dried fruits), and cold cuts would enhance the overall experience. Check-out process: The check-out process was somewhat problematic. First, I was asked to pay by card before the consolidated bill was presented for review. Second, two days prior to my departure, I informed reception that I would need a late check-out at around 21:00–21:30. I was offered a late check-out for half the daily room rate, which I accepted. However, after making the payment (and unfortunately only reviewing the bill afterward), I noticed that I had been charged the full nightly rate instead of half. I was then informed that late check-out is only possible until 18:00, and beyond that time the full nightly rate applies. The reception staff indicated that they were unable to amend an already issued bill or process a refund. Eventually, we agreed that during my next stay, a late check-out would not be charged. Upon request, I received this agreement in writing. Room: Overall, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, housekeeping staff could pay more attention to identifying minor maintenance issues and reporting them for repair (e.g., loose hooks, shower fixtures, etc.). Hot water supply: During my stay, the hotel boiler required repairs. Unfortunately, guests were not informed in advance that the water supply would be interrupted. At one point, the water stopped while I was in the shower. Throughout the stay, hot water was only lukewarm, and water pressure was low. There is ongoing construction work in the immediate vicinity. The street in front of the hotel is in a poor condition for over a year, with continuous water runoff both day and night, resulting in untidy surroundings.

Breakfast has different varieties and the staffs are given an excellent service with a great smile. The hotel located in the heart of the city. Very central . The receptionist are very friendly and polite. I have got splendid service. Thank you all .
