Reception staff organised a taxi to travel to Bishoftu. They gave us a takeaway breakfast.

The room bathroom had water leakage problems from bathroom tap and commode. I requested 3 times in 3 hours to fix the problem but they didn't rather they told me to use restaurant bathroom. I complained to hotel manager then they changed the room. But had same problem there too. Bathroom floor was flooded with water. Breakfast was not ready by 6 am and I had to go to airport without having breakfast. Room bed had bedbugs and I couldn't sleep whole night for that. Employees are very rude and don't want to listen to the problem. I do not recommend this hotel

I got upgraded to a two bed room for free which was bigger and it came with a balcony The chef makes the best omelette The hotel serves large portions of food if you order lunch or dinner at an extra cost of course

Breakfast was good, with a variety of Ethiopian dishes, a variety of breads, eggs cooked to order, coffee, juice, cold cereal, pancakes or french toast. (What looked like honey, though, was actually golden syrup.) The room was comfortable, although the lights were very dim. The bathroom was fine, although the water was more warm than hot. There was a very small rack for hanging the towel. There was a small table, an armchair, a dresser with a stool, and a fridge in the room. The shuttle driver was a very good driver.

It's an affordable,clean hotel in the heart of Addis Ababa

We came for a night, stayed four nights. Clean, silent place with pleasant and helpful people. Free airport shuttle. Delicious breakfast with variety of fruits and vegetables. What you see on photos is what you get. Would surely come again

The breakfast was different and good experience. The staff are extremely friendly and place is clean. Lastly, the view is great and extended stay, as also convenient from the airport.
