I Loved that the staff remembered my food allergies from over 6 months ago. The staff kept me up to date with the surrounding activities and safety measures. The staff took care of my transportation, to & from the airport as well as provided me with local transportation contacts. The food was always on point and with a good portion amount. The staff were always greeting with a smile & eagerness to assist, if needed. I can't wait to rebook later this year !!!

Rooms are poor. Everything that was advertised on the site was incorrect. No shuttle as promised. Will never return there. I got dreamliner hotel which is pretty good at $45 compared to $66 for a poor experience at Black Horse
