“A real disappointment, stay away”
We paid for this room in advance when we booked it. But when we arrived, we were told the payment was not made and they tried to charge us the full amount for a second time. We also haven't been given the room shown in the picture at the time of booking, we have been given a much smaller room. The receptionist tried to lie to me about which room I booked even though I showed him screenshots of my booking with the pictures of the room I booked. The toilet was leaking toilet water 24/7 and all that water was accumulating in the middle of the bathroom and creating a little pond, it was disgusting.
