“Amazing staff”
My parents stayed there for one night they really enjoyed it. The staff were really nice with them and were very thoughtful and caring about elderly guests.

“Conveniently located at the middle of the city shops”
Very good breakfast with enough variety to choose from. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Receptionists are also helpful.

“I recommend this place above other hotels in Adana”
The room was spacious, clean, comfy, and quiet. It is also in the center of the city, which is also an advantage. The food was good and varied. The communication at the reception was okay. Some of them didn't know English, but some did. They came to show me how everything works and help me with the luggage.

“This is meant to be a 4-star hotel so it should be of high standards; it isn’t. It may have been 4-star once, but is now”
Although the sliding glass doors into the shower, the shower itself was excellent. The jets all went in the same direction and the strength of the stream was perfect.
