The room was very clean and tidy. All the facilities were in good condition and worked great. The hotel is in a good location — in the center of town near many shops and restaurants. They have an arrangement with a car park nearby (2 minute walk from hotel) for guests who arrive by car. The complementary breakfast was fresh and varied. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or passing through Adana!!

The staff was nice and they were doing their best to help. We used the ironing service and it was very fast.

Breakfast was okay, served buffet-style, and had a wide selection. That room is located on the ground floor near the main entrance, which made it unusual, but it was Okay for me.

The first day, the room smelled of cigarettes. It was a bit disturbing, but it went later. The room was small to move (there was only a TV and air conditioning in the room). Additionally, breakfast was included in the price and had everything you could want for breakfast. (And for women's review, there were only shampoo and shower gel, but they weren't good at all, you should take yours or buy a new one) And the hotel is in the centre. So getting the transport would be so easy. You can get to the place by foot in a max of 20 min. So generally, I think the price balance of the hotel was very reasonable compared to the general Adana prices.

Conveniently located in the city center. Though the room looked old, it was clean and comfortable, together with a good breakfast. Staff was helpful, overall no complaints.

lovely charming helpful and fun staff. pleasant modern rooms. comfy bed. shower and wifi (the two things i get annoyed about the most) both working as i hoped. a good location with plenty of adana kebab places to eat nearby (or if you prefer, ask the receptionist where the soup place is - out the door to the right, round the corner, and then directly opposite the second tobacconist - and ask for the lentil one). expat bar and sushi place 1.5kms away, or a c.2 euro taxi ride. and if you need a driver, ask them to call mustafa.

“A safe place in a bustling city”

This is a big bustling city on the edge of western civilisation and so you get what you pay for and this hotel is a basic no-frills bolt-hole from the buzzing location it is set in. There are other better hotels nearby and so plenty of restaurants have a smatter of English to get by and the staff equally so. The breakfast was spartan; but perfect to send you on your way for another day of travel.

“A friendly hotel”

The breakfast was a lot tastier than it looked, nice staff who were accommodating of me switching rooms midway through to stay with friends. They were so good bringing us tea and coffee, helping with travel and clothes ironing, and the rooms were clean. The 3 people room was a lot better than the single. The good price is the main draw of course!

Little old fashioned but clean and simple hotel with a large room, good service and helpful staff, proper Turkish breakfast. Very decent stay, can’t complain.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly; they helped us and guided us on how to find exchange stores, telecom shops and they even helped us to book transportation to Goreme. Moreover, our flight was cancelled, so we returned to the hotel and we could book rooms instantly and the staff helped us to claim refund from the airline.
