“ATTENTION: the hotel does not provide commercial invoices.”
A room was booked through booking.com and after the stay was completed in the hustle and bustle of work we forgot to ask for a commercial invoice from the hotel. After repeatedly trying to receive an invoice via messages, email and phone there is no response. This is unacceptable and apparently booking.com does not properly control its partners.
