there was no hot water, I asked the reception to fix the water, they told me that it was fixed, but there was no hot water. also, the water in my shower did not drain, no one did. In 3 days there was hot water 1 time.

“Really nice little hotel in Adana”

As an Erasmus student from Spain, who never went before to Adana, I looked for a hotel where I could stay the first week while looking for an apartment. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I felt really comfortable, and the hospitality from all the staff was amazing. They all helped me with everything and made me feel like home. Special mention to Arif, Ali and Meteh. The location is perfect. Nice breakfast. Clean hotel.

Excellent hotel in all respects, a quiet area close to the train station. If you want to travel by train... service and rooms are excellents. The staff makes you feel at home. Very good reception and treatment. It is true that it is small in size, but it makes you feel comfortable. always greeted with a smile and they offer you cold water and delicious tea. My husband says the best tea he has ever tasted is the hotel's tea. Everything was excellent, especially Mr. Arif on the reception, he was very helpful and kind, and the truth is that I found love, respect, generosity, hospitality and welcome from all those I met in Adana.
