We had a great stay at Dilanis. The owner was really lovely and was making sure we always had everything we needed. The food, breakfast and dinner were very good also !! The location is excellent as it’s directly at the beginning of the track to Adam’s Peak. The owner even organized a tuk tuk driver for a really good price for us to our next destination. All in all a great experience!

Clean and well placed

The hospitality at this place was incredible. We stayed for 2 nights and slept brilliantly in the AC room. We could pre-book any food we wanted and the family running the place were so friendly. It's located right by the start of the Adam's peak trail so you can roll out of bed and start the trek immediately. Our total bill for our room, meals and snacks for 2 whole days was very cheap.

This is an excellent budget place for the Adam's Peak hike - basic room with plenty of space, comfortable large bed, very welcoming family and great breakfast and evening curry. It was perfect for us right at the start of the hike, and we definitely recommend for those travelling on a budget!

Perfect location for walking Adam’s peak

We've stayed here for 2 nights and everything was perfect! The room was very clean with a cozy atmosphere, no insects and a stable hot water supply. The bed is very comfortable and big enough for a tall person (my husband is 1.87m). The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and provided warm hats for the Adam's Peak climb. The included breakfast was good, but please mind that you can also have lunch and dinner here if you want. We visited the surrounding area with Gartmore Falls on our first day and got quite hungry, but couldn't find a good restaurant within our price range. So we chose to have dinner here and were very happy with it. The prices are reasonable and the food is very tasty and nutritious. We really recommend this place if you want to have good experience at Adam's Peak.

The room was comfy and the location was superb for the hike to adams peak. We were offered a free drive with the tuktuk to the bus station after our breakfast.

Perfect location for the hike Big double bed, large bathroom with a somewhat warm shower The staff were amazing, they had dinner ready for us after the hike which was delicious and very cheap. I deffo recommend it here

Perfect place to stay if you’re planning to climb Adam’s Peak! It’s very close to the starting point and the family is incredibly kind. The owner can even join you for the hike if you don’t want to go alone and provides sticks, a backpack, and a good flashlight. Rooms and bathrooms are super clean, breakfast is great, and dinner is also available. The owner is always improving the place,he’s even planning to add a fridge to the room!

Great place right at the base of Adam’s peak hiking track! Hosts were lovely and even gave me a torch for my sunrise Adam’s peak hike. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay near to Adam’s peak.
