Great air conditioning on an extremely hot day. Excellent shower with wonderful water pressure, crispy, clean sheets, and a comfortable bed. Very clean, with a lovely lady who greeted us and was very friendly and informative . We met her again when we were leaving as she was cleaning the rooms and she was very cheerful and kind.

“Perfect location for a vacation”

The location is perfect to drive around and the room is perfect. Though we took the standard room, it has enough beds to sleep 4 ppl very easily. There is lot room in the common area with a gym and lot of games.

I asked to be booked into the Snow Goose Hotel in Adaminaby. Bookings.com booked me into the wrong hotel. I am very upset.

Easy to check in. Beds were ok to sleep in. Location was convenient, close to the centre.

“It was ok to sleep there for one night”

Good location can walk to the pub and an easy to drive to Selwyn. Kids loved the bunk beds. Heating worked well and beds were good.

The location is far from snowy mountain 1.23 hours, whatever is advertised you wont find there!!! It says restaurant, bar and pool, should also say its permanently closed, no proper fireplace and very dirty surroundings. Its like the whole place is under construction everything broken... very dirty i must say. Only 1 restaurant nearby and the wait time is more than 1 hour dont even think about taking kids to this place, broken n dirty rooms!!!

Great location, clean, warm which is very needed in winter and continuous hot water! The staff are lovely and went above what is expected to make our stay great!

Close to ski location. Heater was still working.

Location near the ski fields was convenient.

There was no breakfast, they couldn’t open the dinning room for us, very unsatisfactory

“Bathrooms were not cleaned very well and there was no hot water to have a shower.”

The showers were cold, it was a shame we couldn’t have a warm shower at the end of the day. There was also no cold water coming out of the taps to brush our teeth in the morning. The shower and sink still had hair in each of them from the previous person staying…we won’t be staying at this so called resort again which is a shame.

Good games Centre- video games, I’ve hockey , pool table. Snowed the night we went.. it was great to see snow fall in morning too. Room was comfy and warm even in snow
