Once I managed to communicate my arrival time (night ferry, late arrival), checkin worked out ok. The host was waiting in the house with the key, I just had to call him and he came out

“Dont be scared from other reviews!”

Very good value for money. The owner does not know much English but tried to communicate with us and was very kind, giving us grapes and ice creams too and checking up on us when he saw us around. Best way to get in touch with him regarding check in is by calling him and speak English slowly! (Dos is an old guy trying his best in English with a big grin always) The reviews do give you a bad impression but this place shouldnt scare anyone away - clean towels and sheets, and good facilities. Its not luxury but perfect for a short stay for people who are looking for a cosy but spacious studio to sleep in and relax after running around the island with a patio overlooking sunset and port.

Good location 5 minutes walk to beach which was a lovely beach with no pebbles and 10 minutes to shops and restaurants

Turned up at property on our booking day no one at the site or present to assist in check in - no contact prior or instructions how to check in. Numerous communication attempts and never heard anything and had to make alternative plans for accommodation last minute. No contact still for refund!!

Bella, the cleanig lady, was very nice and made our stay more pleasent. It was close to the beach and not very far from the harbour of Addamas were al de buses and boats are.

Great location to papikinou Beach, drinks and dinner! 15 min walk to the main town . I would recommend papikinou studios to any couple or family visiting Milo's!!

Amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind, the nicest person ever. The room was very clean and spacious. They brought us fresh fruit and even gave us a ride to the port. Parking was easy, and the location is very close to the city center. Such a great experience! I would 100% recommend it.

15 minute walk into Adamas. 2 minute walk to delicious restaurant O Hamos! Linen was changed every 2 days. Staff were extremely hospitable with accommodating check in and check out time. Good parking for cars and quad bikes. Short walk to Papikinou beach. Will return to stay here.

Papikinou Studios is a fantastic, affordable option and well located for those looking to explore Milos and enjoy the beautiful beaches. An easy 15-20 minute walk to the port along a lovely beach, parking available and steps away from the beach to watch the sunset. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need. Towels, aircon, comfy beds, a fridge. Dirt road right from the room to the beach, right near O Hamos Tavern and right near the main roads to the other lovely parts of Milos.
