Konstantinos is quietly located in a spacious garden, 500 metres from the Blue Flag Papikinou Beach. It features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and a furnished balcony or veranda. The hotel has a great location as it is close to all attractions by car (within 10-20min). The room was super clean with nice smell, spacious and had a huge balcony, fridge, hairdryer and a kettle. The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is very friendly. We opted to buy breakfast for one morning and it was great, with a variety of savoury and sweet options, coffee, teas etc so i’d recommend that as well. There is a free parking in the hotel’s area. We’d definitely come back! :)

The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is very friendly. We opted to buy breakfast for one morning and it was great, with a variety of savoury and sweet options, coffee, teas etc so i’d recommend that as well. There is a free parking in the hotel’s area. We’d definitely come back! :)

“Very good option - would definitely choose it again”
We stayed there for four days and it couldn't have been better. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was incredibly well located, close to the center (just a 5-minute drive) but in a private land which made it very peaceful and quiet no matter the hours. Couldn't have asked for a better option.

⸻ We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The atmosphere, location, and service provided by the staff were excellent — thank you for that. However, I would like to point out one detail: our room was not exactly as expected. The bathroom was different from what we could see in the photos at the time of booking. It had a very small shower with a curtain, the toilet seat was unstable and kept slipping, and the bathroom itself looked quite old. I am not complaining, as our stay was still very enjoyable, but I think it would be helpful if the hotel provided more detailed information and photos of the bathrooms so that guests have a clearer understanding of what to expect. “Lovely quiet family run property”
The property was in a lovely quiet location but was easily walkable (15-20 mins) to the beach and port. Costas was incredibly helpful and easily contactable.

The location of the accomodation was great! Only 4 minute ride into the centre. The staff were so lovely and helped us out with lots of recommendations and were very quick to respond. Great value for money - we will definitely be back next time in Milos.

“Pros and cons”
The place is in a good location, especially if you have a car or bike to get around. The rooms are a decent size. The beds and pillows were comfy. The person at reception was friendly and gave us plenty of helpful tips on where to go around the island. That said, he didn’t seem too happy when we brought up the issue with the partial vs. front sea view, it felt like he wasn’t really open to hearing the feedback, as you will read below.

Quiet area with plenty of parking. Great wecome from Costa and family. Delicious breakfast with homemade jams etc. Large comfortable bed. Everything very clean.
