We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Katy house. It was clean and comfortable with lots of breakfast supplies. Close to the port. Communication was excellent.

“Our Home in Milos! ^_^”

Katy House is spacious, cozy and cleanness. Clear instructions for check-in and the house is near the Milos mining museum. Everything the same as the description. It is 10 minutes walk from the ferry port to the property, and you will see many beautiful restaurants and a food market nearby. The house have 3 balcony, 2 with sea view that we always take our breakfast everyday and the other one is mainly for dry the clothes. It doesn’t have washer inside the house, but raining is not usual in Milos, so hand wash you clothes and dry it in the 3rd balcony is an easy and convenient way. Katerina, the owner and her family are very helpful with quick response. They recommend us the shop for rental motorcycle that is a very useful transport in Milos within the low season. They leave many useful information in the house for tourists like a very useful and informative map. We use this map everyday to explore this island. Milos is a very quiet and relax island in Aegean Sea with many beaches, not busy not touristy. Many restaurants have great foods with reasonable price in Milos, like Yialos Restaurant in Pollonia, Ilivasilema Restaurant near Achivadolimni Beach and Milos Rustic near Katy House. Yialos is Pollonia have good seafood with sea view in reasonable price. llivasilema have great seafood with very good sunset view. Rustic is the one we go there for dinner for three nights within our five days trip. They don’t have seafood like other restaurants, but they have great Greek food in some king of creative idea to make it difference. Overall, we love Milos more than Santorini. If you like sunshine in beautiful beaches, sometimes want to hiking in gorgeous landscapes then Milos is your next destination, and Katy House will be your home in Milos, like us! (^_^)v

Apartment was close to port area and restaurants. Lovely balcony view of the sea.

The place is perfect for a couple. It's in a very good location near a beach and the center of Adamas, clean and comfortable. Katy is an excellent host, she provided everything for us to be like home (breakfast, toiletries etc) and she was always available for us. We are looking forward visiting again.

“A very pleasant stay in a sea front appartment”

A lovely one bed apartment just on the edge of Adamas about a 20 minute walk from the port. It was on a side street, meaning it was quiet and the view from the balconies was out to sea. It was also only a five minute walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and gave us clear instructions on how to enter the property and provided us with clean towels half way through our stay and helped us organise a hire car. Coffee and some breakfast was also provided which was an added bonus.

Perfect location! Near bus stop and beach. Amazing restaurants around within a quick walk from the property. Property is very comfortable with everything you need for an amazing stay. Host was attentive and couldn’t be more helpful. Definitely recommend!

“Location, comfortable, simple”

The location was good - a short 10 minute flat walk to the port. We liked the essential supplies of milk, water and breakfast items. With 2 AC units we were kept nice and cool during a heat wave. It’s a nice place to stay, nice little balconies, but nothing flash.

Location was good and plenty of room.

Everything was great, location was perfect for us. We ended up renting an ATV and there was room to park it out the front. When we arrived the room had everything you needed with bottled water already in the fridge and stuff for breakfast and all your bathroom necessities.

It was very clean and well equipped. It was also in a great location- close enough to the port to walk, as well as close to restaurants, bars and the bus stop. The beach was on the doorstep! The host was also the loveliest- offering to bring us anything we wanted, such as blankets and towels, any time of the day.

Host is splendid! Friendly and accommodating. The flat was spotless and super practical. And we were received with breakfast options, treats and everything needed for a first night in the flat. Highly recommend.
