The Cycladic-style Glarakia is a 20-minute walk from the Blue Flag Papikinou Beach in Milos. It offers traditionally decorated accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking Adamas Bay and the Aegean Sea. Loved everything about Glarakia Studio from the room to the breakfast and the customer service. Alexandra was excellent from the moment I arrived. She was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable offering suggestions of what to do and where to go.

Due to bad weather we arrived late at night. Greeted by lovely staff. Accommodation nice. Authentic to the area. Loved the feline residence. Suggestions were great for places to explore. Love Milos.

“Did not see value for the price we paid”
Room was serviced daily but only got 1 small towel per person. Nice views of the ocean, however lots of flies at the top of the hill with the animals, didn’t experience the issue anywhere else on the island only at our Accom. The breakfast was good, home made pastries. The room itself is very old, it was tidy, but needs updating as everything is seeing and feeling its age.

Our apartment was lovely as described by the site photos. Moreover we really have to give a massive shoutout to the staff (in particular Elena) who was the best to organise everything (transfers, scooter booking etc) and clean the apartment every day!

What beautiful grounds, room and view! My room was so comfortable and old charm Greek style. It was really clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom looked to be renovated and was spotless, lovely olive products provided. Plenty of parking was provided, donkeys were cute (and quiet) and staff seemed nice.

The daily breakfast was beautiful and such a large array of food! When we stayed there was a donkey farm at the back of the property (private owners) they were lovely! Accomodation staff were helpful in organising an ATV for us.

“Lovely little stay”
We had a wonderful stay at Glarakia. It was a great location, a little walk to Adamas port area with restaurants and shops where we hired a quad bike. The accommodation had plenty of parking free of charge which was helpful for our stay as it is beneficial having a mode of transport. Our host on arrival was very helpful and welcomed us with a map and some great insights and recommendations :) Breakfast was homely and fantastic. We had the option to eat down by the kitchen or upstairs at our room with a view.

“A week in Milos @Glarakia studios”
We stayed for a week and the breakfast everyday was plentiful the room was cleaned daily. Bus stop 100m from property that takes you into town.

The interior of the rooms are very nice and also the garden / architecture in general. The hotel is easy accessible and well located within Milos.

“Meh!!!”
Honestly- this place is not it. Poor value for money. I went to relax but didn't leave feeling relaxed. -aged rooms -uncomfy bed -outdoor light doesnt turn off/ lights up the room at night time -poor internet (no connection at all on some days) -poor plumbing (toilet made the leaking sound/I had to turn off at the wall) -floor in bathroom always wet due to shower head/build of shower -invasive cleaners that clean around you if your still in the room/trying to relax -roosters -kids screaming in the morning (not sure if they lived here or were visiting but there was no sound proofing). -OK communication -fresh eggs for breakfast was the best part but that's not what your in Milos for..
