Clean rooms and common areas. Quiet and very nicely located resort. There is a large shared kitchen and a small kitchenette in the cabin where we stayed. A big plus for the hot tub on the terrace with an amazing view – we even saw the northern lights from there. Highly recommended

When I came to the house, I did not expect such a large, comfortable and stylish room. I especially liked that the house is a bit isolated and located directly in front of a nice lake w/ a beautiful sunset.

It is important to note that, in general, the level of service in Iceland is very low and costs are very high. Therefore, it makes no sense to give very high ratings. A high rating is given if the hotel/apartment is fantastic and equipped with all amenities or if the value for money is exceptional. Neither of these two cases applies in Iceland. The feeling that all tourists have is that they are victims of a system where everyone tries to earn as much as possible in the few months when there is high demand. Very nice accomodation, the best we had on Island.

We stayed for 2 nights in a room with en suite. Comfortable and modern. Fantastic views from the room of the surrounding countryside.

Great and quiet place near a lake, room was very nicely decorated, small details like coffee and tea on the room were appreciated. Hot tub is a nice touch.

The room was spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom also looked newly renovated. There’s a shared kitchen area available if needed. Wi-Fi works well.

A nice little guesthouse. Good size and easy to navigate around. The kitchen was very spacious as was the dining area. Nice to see such a big shower room too. I’m not sure why there were two showers opposite from each other but hey… this is Iceland. I didn’t use the hot tub but it looked inviting. Check in was simple too.

quirky accomodation, but in good way... feels a bit summer camp with separate building share kitchen and dining with industrial size cooking pots and enough plates cutlery to feed an army. But it works and the rooms are wonderful, comfy beds and good clean bathrooms. Bonus points for the hot tub with glorious views over the lake. Recommended.

the best accomodation we stayed on Iceland: everything was modern, new and very clean. the kitchen was professional: equipped as in the restaurant, also the dining room was super large. farm is really in the great location - just close to the lake between Myvatn and Husavik. We stayed there and in the morning booked whale watching- great option. Host was very friendly - I called her to ask how to setup heating and she picked up immediately and explained everything. And the hot tube was just amazing! Thank you!
