It was reasonable ok

Everything was spotless. Bads and pillows were comfortable. The room was pretty big. It was nice to have a sink in the bedroom. There are 3 toilets and 2 showers to be shared between the 5 bedrooms. You can use the shared kitchen for cooking. The position was excellent closed to the waterfall. We really recommend this place.

Well-appointed shared kitchen/dining area. Our rooms looked recently renovated. Scenic (if remote) location, with a river flowing just behind the house, and actual trees. Good WiFi. The room had a desk and chair. The three-bed bedroom was spacious.

Clean bathroom. Full set of kitchen.

Washing machine was appreciated. Kitchen was clean and had good supply of plates etc

Very lovely landlady. Loved the kitchen and option to wash the clothes (also a dryer). You can see sheep and horses all aroud the house. Quite close to Husavik which was a nice bonus.

Good kitchen facilities and room are spacious.

We liked our stay here very much. It is a little less than 20 minutes outside of Husavik. It was quiet and the view of the lake was beautiful. Rooms were very cozy. Only thing was that the laundry washer was not available for use at the time of our stay which was one of the reasons we chose this location. Otherwise, great!

our room was on the second flour and the room is not big, with a unexpected slope on the flour beside the room, which made our room a little bit smaller.

The house and the rooms are OK for 1 night. The house is older, there is a common bathroom for appr 4-5 rooms, but the bathroom is nicely renovated. The rooms were clean and nice, the beds comfortable. There is a common kitchen with a nice view to a river, appr 4 tables in the eating room. Of course the house is very old, you can see it on the windows, but the owners made the best of it. The fotos are as in reality. So for Island and for a 1 night stay it was totally OK. The owner was very nice, we had a problem with the light and she came right away to help us. The price is good. The location is good - we came from Husavik (don't miss the GeoSea Termal baths there with a view to the ocean) and were going to Myvatn the next day (maybe plan some time for the Studlagil canyon between Myvatn an Egilstadir , because we missed it due to lack of time, so sorry about that, maybe skip the Myvatn baths instead and visit the beautiful Vök baths in Egilstadir, you can also bathe in the lake from those). And don't forget to buy moskitoe nets for wearing in a tank station - we missed that and were very annoyed by thousends of mosquitoes (not biting) in Myvatn area and in Krafla.

The location was very nice. The house has big bedrooms with a good bed. 3 bathrooms. Big dining area and kitchen.

Very pleasant place with a friendly owner. Clean. We enjoyed it very much.
