“Frozen”
The room was not ready when we arrived. We didn’t use it at all, but the hotel still refused to give us a refund. One room had only 9°C and the other 15°C. There was no proper heating, just a small electric heater, so the rooms were not livable. It is self check-in, but no one answered the phone when we tried to contact them. The restaurant was also closed. Very disappointing experience.

Breakfast was bad, there was practically nothing, rooms were very small, 6 m2 was a disaster, reception was not at all responsive to requests, I do not recommend

“Cozy hotel in the woods”
Amazing building and rooms - beautiful and aesthetic! Location is good, parking is available. Only few people were there, calm and quiet.

“Perfect hotel close to Riga”
+ perfect self check-in + room equipped with everything that’s needed + basic breakfast, but with everything that’s needed. Sandwich for every person with room number. + beautiful surrounding with perfect places for running in the morning

“I enjoyed what was good.”
I really like the surroundings - well-maintained. Charming garden. Beautiful natural meadow, forest. Clean air. Silence. Peace. The price is good because the savings are made on human resources - there is no hotel reception (self-checking) and breakfast is put in the fridge - you have to heat it yourself.

Peace, harmony and nature around Hotel Abzaļi. Great place to pick up chaterelles and blueberries. Fast and easy check-in and check out procedure. Great food offer in restaurant. Great staff!

“Good place to stay over night on road trip”
Quite near the main road, easy self check in. Came in late left quite early, can’t really rate the service good or bad. I was happy with the accommodation.

The room next to me (room 13) was being intimate for the entire portion of my stay and the walls are paper thin.

I like self check in and check out system. Free parking place. Interesting option for breakfast, there was no hot meals, but it is good option for small hotels. Delicious coffee in breakfast hall.
