He is so kind hearted and respectful and makes nice conversation when you’re open to it and gives you all the tips and recommendations you need. The apartment is so very clean in charming Italian style. The mattresses are AMAzingly comfortable. We loved the allround green view on the green mountains, the nice places to sit everywhere, the nature sounds all around. Every day Rafael cleans the pool so it’s very clean. This place was absolutely perfect—we couldn’t have asked for more. The views are stunning, and the host is incredibly friendly. He went above and beyond to give us all the best tips for traveling around Tuscany and made sure we felt completely at home. My kid absolutely loved the playground here! The host’s words, 'This is your home,' really touched our hearts. Leaving today feels so bittersweet—we honestly wish we could stay for a few more days. We’d love to come back someday. The apartment was located in a peaceful area really close to Montepulciano. It had a traditional architecture beautifully aligned with the breathtaking Toscana. And when we got there we realised that besides the beautiful place the "filoxenia" as we say in greek was amazing. Our host was kind enough to answer all our questions and give us incredible recommendations 24/7. Definitely recommending this place to anyone who wants to experience an authentic Toscana experience.

The owners are very nice and helpful. Rafaelle went above and beyond when the rental car had a flat tire. He made all arrangements for the replacement and repaired the tire until we could exchange vehicles. Anything we needed, he was there to help. If I return to Italy, I will definitely stay here again. Amazing view from our terasse, host extremely nice and offered us all the google links to visit the region at peace of mind. He makes you feel like a truly guest. You have intimacy in the garden as there are many spots to sit and enjoy the landscape. Kitchen has everything you need. You can make also your own barbeque. Thanks a lot.

Very good recommendations what to do and see, where to park our car if going to all the nearby old towns etc. thank you for always booking dinner tables for us at the restaurants. And the views from our window were beautiful, our kids also enjoyed the pool even in the beginning of October. Quiet and nice! Exactly what we were looking for.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Raffaele is the best host we have ever had in any guest house anywhere. He was friendly and always offered to help. He communicates frequently with guests on WhatsApp to check in and make sure we are happy. He booked a restaurant for us when we asked him. There is nothing that he will not do to ensure his guests are well cared for. The room is beautiful and clean and the view over the valley is the consummate Tuscan view. A perfect stay! Everything was perfect. The place is in a great location, the host is very kind, responsive and helpful. Everything we were needed, and more, was provided. Very was super clean and comfortable. Besides the big pool and the BBQ area, there is a kids zone, and even bicycle/scooter for the little ones. Definitely will recommend and come back.

Superb location, peaceful setting, our host Raffaele couldn't have done more to assist us. From restaurants to parking spots he covered it all. He even set up the bbq in the grounds getting the wood from the surrounding area.The pool was amazing. A truly wonderful holiday. We all fell in love with this beautiful part of Tuscany and can't wait to return.
