“Disappointing”

Location e nature view.

The location was extremely beautiful, and very close to many pretty Tuscan destinations and wineries.We also appreciated that Luca allowed us to check in a bit earlier. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The location is magical with magnificent views and beautifully maintained gardens. The pool area was wonderful and clean. Lucca was kind and helpful and very responsive when communicating. Good location to visit the surrounding areas and we loved that the baker visited daily to sell delicious baked goods. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The small kitchen was adequate for preparing basic meals. Given the warm weather the ‘ not so hot ‘ showers did not bother us. There is a barbecue area which we did not use but we saw other guests enjoying this facility. Would go back.

The location of this argiturismo is excellent. The view is amazing as well. We've been to dozens of other locations over the years and this must be the one with the biggest pool. The bus that delivers breakfast around 9 am is a plus too.

Apartment was cute and felt authentic. Pool was great to relax in the afternoons. The man staffing the property. He was lovely and was very helpful with places to go. Daily croissants (9am the lady visits)

Absolutely lovely and accommodating host full of great recommendations and very welcoming! Felt right at home! The big beautiful swimming pool , gardens, barbecue, terrace and outside areas were lovely to enjoy the stunning scenery! Cozy apartment with comfortable bed, but spend most our time outside!

We got an upstairs room, with amazing Toscany views wherever you look, like the ones you see in the postcards. Property owners live there as well, I personally was ok with that, you know they are there for any help needed, and they are very nice. The area is beautiful and well kept, pool, BBQ area, lots of space to sit around, and the most beautiful terrasse next to the pool where we had our breakfast and morning coffee while we enjoyed the view. The location is amazing, close to wineries, and villages, and mainly it is in the area of the Tuscany that is very nice (before this we were north of San Gimignano and there was too much wood area, with not that nice sceneries as in this part). Finally, we extended our stay, that is how much we liked it.

Beautiful location and very nice owner. Driving distance from nice cities and walking distance from many good wineries.

The pool is huge and absolutely fantastic. The entire garden of the property is beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views and seating options everywhere. A little bakery car comes around every morning and sells fresh pastries and breads. The surrounding area offers beautiful walks.

“A beautiful base for exploring tuscany”

Loved the location and the view. The terrace is beautiful, and we enjoyed our afternoon wine and snacks here each day. The owner was exceptionally helpful and offered suggestions regarding nearby day trips and vineyards. The owner called my rental car company and helped me organise some finer details in italian.

Awesome host who had welcomed us and during our stay was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views from the property - just grab the coffee and enjoy every morning. Nice & fresh bakery delivery to the Villa. Clean rooms and the pool alongside with the garden area.
