Agriturismo Sanguineto offers finely fitted accommodation in the lush greenery of the Tuscan countryside, a fascinating setting rich in picturesque hills, world renowned vineyards and ancient olive groves. Just a few kilometres away from Agriturismo Sanguineto you will find towns and cities such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, and a variety of beautiful smaller villages. This area is famous for producing some of the best wines in the world, including Vino Nobile and Rosso di Montepulciano. You can book different types of wine and food tasting tours that are held in the evenings, directly on site. A small spa area with sauna, Turkish bath, and spa showers invites to relax in the evenings. Agriturismo Sanguineto is an ancient farm, thoroughly renovated according to local traditions. The structure reconciles the rural tranquillity of the surroundings with a comprehensive host of modern amenities including a swimming pool.

“Perfect Tuscany fairytale”
Probably the best accomodation we ever booked. Everything was perfect. Apartment had two separate bathroom - very convenient for two families. Perfect location, beautiful views, everything so carefuly put and designed. You also have a grill by each unit. We were so happy here and price is so reasonable for what you get in return

Close enough to Montepulciano with glorious views over the hills from the rooms that are to the front. Room, bathroom and kitchen/lounge good size. As it is October didn’t get to use the pool but it looked clean maintained and a good size. Reception staff friendly

Our stay at Agriturismo Sanguineto was exceptional – everything we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled among the Tuscan hills and vineyards, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful, authentic atmosphere. The apartment was spacious, and tastefully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. We especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the well-equipped kitchen to the lovely outdoor space. This is an affordable place if you’re looking for somewhere to sleep. Located within a winery and surrounded by grape fields, it’s a nice spot in Tuscany with good value for money. The apartment is quite old in terms of facilities, and the balcony is shared with the neighboring apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at Agriturismo Sanguineto. The location is ideal—just minutes from Montepulciano, with stunning Tuscan views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Overall, a peaceful and satisfying experience—I highly recommend it!

A very nice property on a hill with wonderful views over the neighboring vineyards and olive groves. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and big pool, great food and wine. I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience a piece of Tuscany.
