“Tastefully modern within the walls of the old city”
This was a most wonderful stay in a beautifully restored house in the historic centre of Acquaviva. The property consists of only three rooms, so our party had exclusive use. Breakfast is served in a local café accessed on foot after a short walk. Alessandro immediately responded to any questions and requests that we had during our stay. The town is central for days out to the coast and the UNESCO heritage sites of Alberobella and Matera and it was nice to return to quiet after busy sightseeing trips. I would definitely recommend it for adult travellers.

“Great place to stay and as a base for visiting Puglia”
Room was really big (circa 50 m2), and very clean. Our host Alessandro is really fantastic, he cared about us greatly through whole visit! Localisation is fine - in the middle of the city centre, but still very very quiet! The city, Aquaviva delle Fonti, is also a great base for visiting nearby Puglia cities by car!

when i arrived Alessandro has ask to me are you hungry? He's very interested to his guest and my travel, also give good information about my next destination. He host me very well. Gived me a clear information about my room. He get me informated about Acquavive and said some good place's to eat. Also my room was very bigger then my expection. Albertario deserve more then a 10 point but my max point that i could give is 10.

“A truly hidden gem in Puglia”
A well designed and very tasteful apartment in a charming little town in Puglia. We had a very warm welcome from the owner and received loads of recommendations for restaurants. We will definitely recommend and come back.

Our stay at Albertario exceeded all expectations. We loved the area, the room, and how accommodating and friendly the host was. It was probably the most comfortable accommodation during our month-long trip around Italy. The location was also great for exploring the nearby attractions in Matera, Alberobello, etc. Would 100% recommend!

“Nice rooms in a great location for visiting Puglia”
When we arrived, Alessandro was waiting for us with a very warm welcome. He helped us with the parking and then gave us many recommendations about good restaurants in the area and places to visit. One room is located on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The village is a very small and quite village and located in a perfect location for visiting Puglia.

We had a great time at Albertario. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
