“Pleasant stay”

The place is beautiful - away from the busy life but in an hour from the worth visiting places. The food was delicious. The most important - the staff, especially Laura, was really friendly and took care of everything we needed.

Lucia was the main highlight of our stay, because you can feel she loves people and wants to do the best for all of them. The food was also incredible, both breakfast and dinners. For breakfast we choose the savory, and that was a good choice, with 2 sorts of cheeses, smoked pork and capocollo. Very delicious, seemed like from a farm. But we saw the sweet breakfast at our neighbour table and it was just goods packed in plastic. I would have been very disappointed if I had that one. The dinners, that had to be pre-booked in advance, were so hearty and tasty and will remember them for a long time ( and I´m a real gourmet :-)). You could feel the love and stress that went into cooking them. But also the location in the countryside with beautiful landscape and cats, donkeys and chicken was worth staying at this place.

A true gem in the heart of Italy! Our stay was absolutely wonderful – a genuine taste of authentic Italian charm, comfort, and tranquility. The food was incredibly delicious, prepared with care and tradition, and the service was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a personal touch. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend this place!

This is a wonderful agriturismo in the fields. The owners do everything to make you feel at home. It's perfect for a road trip to see the sights of Puglia. Everything is very close: Bari, Alberobello, Lecce, and also Matera in the next region. At Tenuta del Grillaio, everything is well thought out and comfortable. Also, be sure to book dinner with them (served from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, except Sunday). Thank you for your hospitality, it was perfect ❤️

Super comfortable room, great food both for breakfast and when we had the set menu for dinner. The food is very genuine and homemade using local produce. Very hospitable staff with a special thank you to Lucia who was extremely accommodating and made sure we had a pleasant stay. She is super dedicated and goes the extra mile to make the client happy. Highly recommended!

It is an amazing place surrounded with nature around you very quiet and very relaxing. I didn't eat at the restaurant but had the breakfast and it was very delicious and great. Room was very comfortable and cosy with the heater. The only thing I can fault is that the hot water in the shower has to be left on for a couple of minutes until it starts getting warm but other than that everything was perfect. Lucy the host was very welcoming and very friendly and makes you feel really at place. I definitely recommend this place for a peaceful break. 10/10

I spent a wonderful time at this traditional Puglian agriturismo, located in an area so beautiful it feels like a scene from a movie. The surroundings are peaceful and full of authentic charm, perfect for anyone looking to experience the real Puglia. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and blend perfectly with the rustic character of the place. The restaurant was a highlight of my stay — it offers traditional dishes with a truly homemade, authentic flavor that made every meal special. I genuinely recommend this agriturismo to anyone who loves nature, tradition, and experiencing local culture in its purest form. It’s a place that stays with you long after you leave.

“Amazing place!”

The breakfast was extremely delicious and a well-chosen selection of sausages and cheeses. The location is very picturesque, peaceful and pleasant. A quiet place in the middle of nature. We received personal attention for a private family holiday and we are grateful from the bottom of our hearts. We are glad we chose this place and if given the chance, we would visit it again!

It's the ideal base for exploring the region while enjoying some true relaxation. The host, Lucy, is incredibly kind and helpful, always available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is generous and delicious, made from fresh local ingredients. The real highlight, however, is dinner – an exceptional five-course meal that showcases the best of the local cuisine. Absolutely not to be missed! Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience authentic agrotourism with great hospitality and fantastic food.

Stunning location but what made the stay even better was the stupendous hospitality from Lucy. She went above and beyond. “A magical place by the culinary goddess.”

This place is amazing, truly amazing. The landscape around me absolutely enchanted me and the hostess most of all - I wonder if she really was a magician. In any case, she can work magic in the kitchen. You have to get her menu, every euro for this menu is worth it and deserves a Michelin star. Please don't make the mistake of staying here longer. I myself plan to return for more days and get to know the surrounding and more distant locations better. The landscape around is indescribably mysterious and magical. If I were to write a novel, I would go write it here, if I wanted to heal the wounds of my soul, then only here. Just a quick note - parking great, bathroom great - size and water pressure, parking - even large cars, bed very comfortable. Don't hesitate, you've found an amazing place.

Beautiful place in the middle of the puglia countryside, with donkeys, cats and chickens ! The rooms are clean and confortable and the homemade food at the dinner was delicious ! The breakfast was great also with everything you need and more. The personnel was very attentive and gentle. The dogs are welcomed too. A very good address for relaxing vacations!
