Central location, clean comfortable bedroom with firm double bed and modern bathroom with a good shower, self-service basic breakfast (pastries, yoghurt, juice etc). 10% discount at good sister restaurant - Enoteca degli Ostinati.

“A grest option in the heart of town.”
A lovely accommodation in the heart of town. So clean. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen which had everything you need for breakfast. We got very wet walking into town but the superior heating allowed us to dry our wet cloths/gear.

Very modern accommodation. Close to everything. Self check in easy. Hosts very responsive. I loved that there was a separate area from your room where you could relax and doubles as the breakfast room.

Rooms are well renovated and super nicely decorated with botanical prints, etc. Good spot for bike on groundfloor (apartment on 3rd) Honestly I cannot recommend it enough!

Beautiful & comfortable, modern room. Good variety of choices for continental breakfast. Room was immaculate. Excellent communication with accomodation and good instructions for accessing the building. Well located on the Via Francigena.

The room was lovely and comfortable. The location is easily accessible. I know in Europe they do things differently but I still find it strange to just have an entry code and never see or hear or speak to a person. Breakfast is a self-help option which is fine.

Nice large modern room in centre of Acquapendente. Very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast wasn’t too exciting (and there was no butter) but there is a lovely roof terrace on which to eat breakfast.
