The staff, the building , it's location, buf needs aircon. Food is great. Security for e bikes. It's got the lot & Acquapendente is a nice village.

“Perfect after a hike through Tuscany.”
Confortable room in downtown. The staff are very friendly and I made a reservation for their restaurant right away. The Spaghetti with clams was amazing and affordable.

“Welcoming staff, comfortable room, excellent food!”
Within 100 m of the bus from Viterbo. Very welcoming staff. Had an excellent evening meal in the downstairs restaurant. Very comfortable room.

Everything. Perfect location for a night on the Via Francigena. Great pizza restaurant downstairs. Friendly staff. I was a twit and left my sticks inside the next morning and the lady came and opened up for me straight away. Very helpful

Right on the Via Francigena route. A room on top of a god restaurant with helpful staff was a good choice for me, as well as for other walkers. Turned out to be a meetinpoint.

Super friendly welcome. I took the advice of having dinner and I am so glad I did. Staff helpful for VEGAN and VEGETARIAN food. Lovely warm room with small modern touches of furniture and artwork which elevated this little room. Great location for Via Francigena. Felt safe and secure. Amazing value for money. No breakfast but I had brought my own food from the town, there are bars open nearby.

“Cozy rooms with amazing food”
I loved that the rooms were located directly above an outstanding restaurant. we had dinner there and it was incredible, pizzeria does not describe it accurately. The rooms are small but cozy and for the price, just right. The location is really great in the town and the people were very kind.
