Fantastic stay at Villa Cavallaro! The location is unbeatable, right on the beachfront with beautiful sea views. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet , lovely views , comfortable and clean , ability to cook , shower was good. Access to sea was limited , only downpoint.5 mins in car from large supermarket, lovely fishing town and restaurants 10min walk away. Very secure. Overall great place to relax.

The set up is wonderful, with terrasses on top of the sea. You can hear the waves and watch the sunrise over the sea. Very tasteful furniture and pictures. The hosts are very welcoming! Everything was very clean and well-equipped.

“Exceptional!”

Georgio is an exceptional host, very helpful and discreet. Terrace is fantastic, beds very comfortable, extremely clean and good wifi. Grocery at 5 minutes on foot, next village at 10 minutes on foot. House access to sea is great, courtesy sun beds and SUP are available. Sea is clean, no echinus. Access inside if you have a big car is a little bit difficult but after you get used is ok. When you get out on the pedestrian gate, mind there is no walkway, you are directly on the cars path.

Beautiful property right on the sea front. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and gave us recommendations on restaurants near by and helped us book a tour to MT Etna. It’s around a 10-15 walk into acitrezza.

I had such a wonderful stay at Villa Cavallaro. I was received early with such a warm welcome from Giorgio’s mum, Fiorella, and the friendly hospitality and thoughtfulness continued until the end of my stay. Such a lovely family!

Fantastic location with great views..swimming in the sea surrounded by fish...easy access to restaurants and shops.. plenty of free street parking so didnt need to park at the villa. Friendly owner.

The location is water front and waves lapping the rocky shore were a relaxing soundtrack to sleep. The host was warm and friendly and accommodated our later than scheduled arrival. The outdoor deck overlooking the ocean was a comfortable and quiet place to laze around during the day

Nice location nearly directly at the sea. Private access to rocky beach. No street in between. Really big terrace with beautiful panorama. Very gentle owner. Fully equipped with all i needed, and more.

The view from our private patio was incredible. All the staffs were helpfull . you have everything you need to cook a good meal and eat by the sea. Giorgio let us stay late on the last day due to flight in the evening. We loved our vacation there.

Great location

We spent a fantastic week at Villa Cavallaro! The property is an absolute paradise, clean, quiet and calm and we had a huge balcony looking straight out to the sea, where we spent most of the time. The children thoroughly enjoyed the stand-up paddles which were free for us to use and the water must still have been around 25 degrees at the start of October. Georgio and his parents are utterly charming and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. They were all waiting for us when we arrived and Georgio helped organise a hike up Mont Etna for my husband and children. An experience they will never forget! I feel incredibly lucky to have found this villa by chance on the internet and highly recommend it!

The view from the terrace was beautifull en we had a nice terrace where we could sit till late.

We have been fortunate enough to have done quite a bit of travelling and have been lucky enough to have stayed with some wonderful hosts but nothing has nor ever will come close to or exceed the genuine hospitality and warmth of these hosts, truly exceptional and made our whole holiday. The property is a beautiful family home with self contained apartments fo guests. Our rooms were spacious, clean and with the best balcony view ever. The garden literally ends at the sea and the warm waters were great for snorkelling and paddle boarding (lent free of charge by the hosts). Giorgio, our host was so friendly, helpful and generous and was great with our children. He picked us up from the train station, dropped us off in Catania at the end of our stay and even invited us for food and drink one evening as their family were having a gathering; wonderful Sicilian hospitality in a wonderful Sicilian home, our favourite stay ever. Do not hesitate to book a stay here and consider yourselves very lucky to have found this place; magnificent!
