Receptionists - Asja and the other lady with black hair, they are super cool!

Nice room, but the first room we had was next to the lift and we could hear the lift going up and down, people talking and the wire ropes. So we asked to be moved, which the hotel kindly did so and offered us an upgrade. The 2nd room on the front of the hotel with a balcony was very good

I recently stayed at President Park Hotel for a week and had a genuinely enjoyable experience overall. The staff were a real highlight of my stay; consistently warm, attentive, and eager to help. It was clear they put in a great deal of effort to ensure everything ran smoothly for guests.

We booked two rooms and one room like you lived in jail it’s not nice feeling and we was asked to upgrade on the night they told to come back in the morning . Also five of us first night we tried in restaurants and 3 of us ordered but food we got was gone off steak I sent back and changed to pasta with fish same as my son had also fish was gone off I just tasted and asked for bill . For the four stars hotel I don’t think that’s acceptable for the smell food sent to the table for the customers and also my son was sick after your food for 2 days after being eaten your smell fish pasta is not acceptable

Hotel was nice and welcoming. Pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds & parasols. Free shuttle to Aci Trezza was a great bonus.

Housekeeping was excellent and efficient each day. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Although staying these 5 days there was no variety in the menu choices. Dinner was tasty and reasonably priced. Standard room comfortable. Parking onsite was very good to have. Pool and bar staff pleasant and attentive.

I have booked 10 rooms for my 21 colleagues and I get confirmation to my email from booking.com for 21 person. Also I wrote to hotel that I have booked 10 rooms for 21 people and already payed and I didn’t get answer that something is wrong. Our company arrived to the hotel and hotel manager at reception said to us that we have booked rooms only for 10 persons, but not for 21. Then I showed my email confirmation for 21 person, but hotel manager said that they have confirmation from booking just for 10 person. The hotel manager said that we have to pay additional 32 Eur per person per night. I didn’t agree to additional payment that’s why I asked them to call to booking, but manager said that I have call to booking not them. So I called to booking.com and while I was waiting on a line I pleased hotel manager that she will let my colleagues to the rooms, because we had already paid the main amount of money in advance. But hotel manager doesn’t let my colleagues into our booked rooms and makes pressure to pay extra money. Then I said that we could pay these money tomorrow or the last day at the check out, but I think that we will solve this problem with booking.com, but hotel manager didn’t agree. I asked to call to general manager and she called and I had conversation an a phone and she said the same that we have to pay additional money and that it is booking problem, but not them. I said that I wrote to hotel that we will be 21 person. After 2 hour hotel manager said that if we want to have this evening dinner we need to pay additional money 32 Eur per person per night, but hotel could do a discount for us so we need to pay 25 Eur per person per night. Because it was to late, we were after flight without dinner (hotel manager didn’t allowed us to have dinner without addition payment), so we decided to pay 25 Eur per person per night and then we gave a card to hotel manager she said that a price will be 32 Eur per person per night, because she can't do discount.

“Not bad but you have to have a car to love around”

The place was ok nothing much to say .

The reception staff were exceptional. We made an error getting into cab and not the shuttle bus...but, they did not treat us like idiots and were very understanding. Great sense of humour. They did absolutely everything they could for us to make us comfortable. The rooms were great. Really clean. The room servicing fitted in with our plans and was just what we needed.
