Very nice and helpful owner. Apartament is big, comfy and first of all clean. Well equipped kitchen. About 800m to train stops (both directions), so you can get to Rome in 50-70 mins, depending where you want to get exactly. Few coffe/bakery points in range of 600/700m, so can buy something for breakfastbinntge morning or go for a good coffee.

“Pefect Aprtment between Roma and Ostrie Beach”
Perfect location between roma and beach. There are much good bar/restaurants nereby. Apartment with huge Balcon was very enough for 4P family. The owner was very freundly and helpful with all your questions/requests. Communication and key handover was super easy with whatsup.

Apartment is spacious and clean with pretty much everything we needed. Nicoletta, the owner, is very helpful and nice person. Location is good, 10-15 minutes walk to the train station from where it takes about 45 mins to get to the city centre. Very good price/value ratio.

The location was pretty good. It is near to the center of Roma and near to Ostia. The apartment as itself is modern a we didn't find any mistake there. The host of the apartment is very nice.

“Excellent”
The apartment standard is top-notch and a lot of effort has been made to make your stay pleasant. Nicoletta is very polite and helpful and responds fast. Overall very good apartment in a nice neighbourhood. There are restaurants and shops including grocery stores nearby within a few minutes of walking. The commuter train to the inner city is reliable, you can get tickets in a machine at the station (only cash) or pay with card in the shop inside.
