Our host went out of his way to help,even picking up pizza for us, the food/ drink left for us was plentiful and the apartment was beautiful, we were only there a short time and loved it

The place is great, very well-maintained and spacious. It's close to the bus and metro. The owner is fantastic – very kind, helpful, and friendly. We recommend it 100%.

The location is great for car based travels. The apartment was cozy and very well equipped. Host is very helpful and the breakfast provided was good. Private parking is gated and safe..You can park and ride in a near train station for 1.50 euros a day.

Everything. The host has done an excellent job to provide everything that's needed, including breakfast. 2 big bedrooms with 3 comfy beds, 2 washrooms(love it!), great selection of seasonings ... A number of supermarkets, restaurants, and stores nearby

The host, Giacomo, was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, comfortable unit, we felt like at home there. Nice comfortable matrices on beds, coffee, tea, and sweets in the kitchen. Metro station and shops are nearby.

I highly recommend this apartment. Dont hesitate on booking! We had a wonderful stay and our host, Giacomo was so welcoming, helpful, and dedicated to making our stay perfect. He picked us up at the airport at a very reasonable price and also dropped us off. The two ac units kept the entire apartment cool, plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully equipped with a beautiful spread of food waiting for us.. The area felt homey and safe and the kids enjoyed having each their own bed in the second bedroom. This felt like home away from home. Thank you dear Giacomo, you and your apartment were a true gem to our family! Arrivedercci!!

A True Gem in Ostia – The Perfect Home Away From Home! Our stay at Casa Affitto Macchia Saponara was perfect, thanks in large part to the incredible host, Giovanni. From all our interactions, it was clear that he was genuinely dedicated to providing his guests with the best possible experience. His warmth and attentiveness are second to none; frankly, he is one of the friendliest hosts I ever had. The apartment itself is a wonderful blend of classic Italian charm and modern convenience. It truly feels like stepping into an authentic, nostalgic Italian home with Granny’s praised chrystals and wooden furniture. All that with all the updated amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. For families, this place is a dream come true. It is incredibly child-friendly, providing a safe and welcoming environment for little ones (and nice toys, too!). The location is another major plus. Nestled in a quiet area of Ostia, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being incredibly convenient. With good traffic, you can reach downtown Rome, the beautiful beaches of Ostia, and the Fiumicino airport, all within about 30 minutes. Casa Affitto Macchia Saponara exceeded all our expectations. Without a doubt, this is the place we want to stay the next time we are anywhere near Rome. Highly, highly recommended!

It was so organized, clean and comfortable. The apartment provided everything imaginable for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation was very spacious, with comfortable bedrooms and a cozy living room. The private parking area made us feel safe and at ease. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicated fluently in English, and always responded promptly. They also provided us with plenty of helpful travel tips, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was generous, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher and a good selection of seasonings. A lovely extra touch was the frozen croissants prepared by the host, which we could bake ourselves. The shower was also very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Goacomo has met us in the airport. The apartment is good for a transit in Rome. The breakfast is a good advantage.

The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable and clean. And yes, if you really want to eat breakfast then this place took care of that. Very convenient location if you need to get to the airport in the morning. And yes, I must also mention the host Giacomo, who was very kind and helpful.

It was so great, clean and comfy, unfortunately we were only there one night prior to our flight but would have definitely stayed longer. Giacomo the host was so nice. We didn’t have a car so he arranged with us to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. I would highly recommend this place.
