Demenico was very kind and caring host. He showed me good place where I can have delicious food for less price and best place where to go to beach. Breakfast was done with love. Also location is amazing and the view is stunning.

We had the most amazing stay in Catania. The property is just near the sea, extremely clean room and beautiful view on the balcony. The apartment is near the beach, a coffee shop and a few restaurants and just near is a bus station to arrive in the center of Catania. We enjoyed coffee with a view every morning. The host was the kindest man we ever meet in Sicily. He helped us with everything we needed and we are extremely grateful for this beautiful experience. Will definitely come back.

The host was extremely nice and made sure we have everything we need. The building is in the gated area, the views are amazing. We felt like at home.

“Perfecto! Host might be one of nicest people I've met!”
Host was so welcoming! Room was a good size and modern bathroom. Access to the balcony with the best view. Plus free parking. Very good value.

Staff took the time to try SO hard to communicate with me; I don't speak any Italian, nor did my phone have service to use Whatsapp, the proprietor's preferred way of communicating with foreigners. Even so, they stayed with me until things were clear, and set up an alternative means of communication. And the property was gorgeous. Excellent, excellent value.

Mimmo came down to the entrance to open the secured gate for us as we arrived quite late, whereas he could have opened the gate remotely. It was very nice of him. His daughter Christina was in constant contact in WhatsApp as her father doesn't speak English. She helped us find a place to eat at around midnight. We communicated with Mimmo using Google translate. Everything was great. Mimmo also arranged great breakfast and he went out again to get fresh Grenate for us ! Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the private beach ! Highly recommend.

Mimmo was the kindest host we have had in our many travels. He gave us the best welcome and introduction to Sicilia. Free parking right in front of the apartment. Access to a more private beach area. In close range to Catania, the Castello and Taormina. And a very nice sicilian breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommendable.

“Nice and clean B&B with delicious breakfast”
The room is situated in 2nd floor and has a terrace with beautiful landscape and sea view. Mimmo, the host, was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and nice, as was the bathroom. We were offered to choose our breakfast-preference and our wish really came true.
