Very nice view. The staff is very friendly.

It was very hard to communicate with owners. It was frustrating. They were nice people, but they didn't understand English and I didn't know Greek. The furniture in the room was outdated .

Everything was perfect.

I had a perfect stay at Teo’s accommodation. The services were excellent, with the room cleaned every day and everything kept in great condition. The host and his family were extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help with any request. The location was also excellent and very strategic, allowing me to reach the best beaches and the town center in just 10–15 minutes by bus or other transport. Their hospitality and the convenience of the place made my stay truly enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We had an amazing stay! Teo picked us up from the airport and drove us straight to the hotel — such a smooth and thoughtful welcome. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful, right over the sea. Waking up to that every morning was a dream. The place was super quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The room was clean, the hot water pressure was great, and they changed our towels and sheets regularly. We also had a parking spot, which was a big plus. The staff was super friendly and welcoming — we really felt at home. Honestly, everything was just great, and we’re definitely coming back. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a killer view!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Teozenia, a truly special place in Skiathos. The location is absolutely beautiful – a rare combination of being close to the sea while also being surrounded by nature. It felt truly peaceful and special. Teo, the host, was very friendly and helpful, always available when we needed advice. Highly recommend for a relaxing and authentic Skiathos experience!

“Wonderful stay!”

Teo was a fantastic host and was easily accessible. We loved the peace and quietness of the location as well as the daily cleaning visits. The studio was complete, functional and comfortable. The grounds were nicely maintained with parking for vehicles neatly spaced between trees along the driveway. We had a seaview with our studio and an outdoor table for morning breakfasts which was a wonderful amenity.

Teo and his father were incredibly nice, his father picked us up from the port (took our luggage) and waited for us to rent a quad bike - and made sure we found our way to the apartment. Check in and check out was really simple and easy going. Teo also brought us the luggage to the airport at the end of our stay. The apartment was really clean, and well maintained! It got cleaned every day - Air conditioning worked really well. There is also a bakery and a supermarketclose by on the main road towards skiathos. Would definetly recommend!

Great view towards the sea. Huge terrace. Nice and functional furniture, which helped us keep our stuff organized. An equipped kitchen so we could cook for us a pasta.
