Very clean and Kim left a bottle of water , bottle of wine and nuts on arrival which was a lovely thought. The maid was so. Everyday and the place was very clean. Kim was a lively host who even to do some washing for me. Bus stop 9 right outside, the beach only 3/5 minutes walk but down a steep bank which was not so fun coming up but you could come up an easier way past esparedes hotel and led to bus stop 10 if you didn’t want to walk. There was a hotel with pool and bar you could use over the road if you didn’t want a beach day. The view from the large balcony was amazing overlooking the whole of Archaladies bay and more ! Would highly recommend and definitely return. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

Kim is a wonderful host, always ready to help for any need , room is in a great position with a lovely view on the south sea of the Island. Really reccomended in future and to all my friends that want to visit Skiathos !!

Fantastic views, great air conditioning throughout, beautiful kitchen, fantastic bathrooms, fantastic helpful host & daily cleaning. Our host kindly organized a taxi for us back to the airport. Bus stop nearby. Easy to get around the island.

Our stay at the villa was perfect.🙂 The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The views were amazing. The outside seating area was great for relaxing after a day exploring the island and it's beaches. The bus stops outside the villa which is great for getting into town or visiting other parts of the island.

“Skiathos relaxing days”

We’ve had the big apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and great terrace. Everything is done with good taste, nice materials ( wood, stones, raw material, not imitations). The bed are comfortables, the location is quiet, the view of the sea is wonderful. You have everything you need for self catering. The hospitality of the owner, Kim, exceeds expectation. Thanks for everything. PS: it is also a very safe accommodation, we’ve caught there the Daniel cyclone, and no damage whatsoever.

Kim was really nice and friendly. We were there during the Cyclone Daniel and she was helpfull all the way. We had water and electroicity all the time, she offered food as well! I would recommend it to everyone!
