“One of the best Villa in Skiathos Island.”

Kiki was the person that was very helpful and kind during the check in and during our hole stay. The villa is perfect for a relaxing stay in Skiathos with a Great infinity pool with wonderfull views to the beach and sea. The house has everything you need and the two double roomas has the inside bathrooms each other. The beach is only 2 minutes walking down and there is very nice restaurant called Octopus that you will find very good food and kind service.

The property was beautiful, peaceful, comfortable and well maintained, with exceptional sea views. The hosts Kiki and Christos are very kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is great, with a nearby supermarket,a beach club and restaurants. The bus stops are also close , with regular buses to Skiathos Town and other beaches. There is also a water taxi at Achladies beach.

Flawless property with stunning views. Everything about Symbol Villas was perfect. Rooms were very clean and wonderfully furnished. Small details added to the property really enhanced our stay also. Kiki and the cleaning staff made our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Collection from the airport, 24hour support and with queries or bookings. The villa is stunning, perfect location, daily cleaning but the real treat is being hosted by Kiki!

“A very special place to stay”

I cannot speak highly enough of the host and the accomodation at Skiathos Villas. We were 2 couples staying for 6 nights and could not fault our time at this beautiful villa. The views are to die for, the villa was cleaned thoroughly every day and, our host Kiki was delightfully warm, friendly and helpful above and beyond. She was always available to answer any questions or give recommendations. The location is fabulous, just a short walk down to a lovely beach with two restaurants and a beach bar. You can catch the ferry from that beach into Skiathos town or catch the bus from 150 metres from the Villas into the town or down to several other lovely beaches in the area.

Everything! - the property is beautiful with stunning sea views and is the perfect place to stay to explore Skiathos. Close to a nice beach and a couple of bars / restaurants. Easy access to small supermarket and bus stops. Ferry into Skiathos town is also just a short walk away. Kiki is a wonderful host who really helped make our stay a memorable one. Thank you!

The Villa was beautiful, modern with all the facilities you could need. The location was incredible with stunning views and the infinity pool was incredible. We loved absolutely everything about this Villa.

Beautiful villa in fantastic location. Views from villa were stunning. Short water taxi ride to Skiathos Town. We had everything we needed close by. Kiki was amazing and couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and welcoming and helped us arranging some lovely excursions

We had an incredible holiday in Skiathos, and a major reason for that is the amazing welcome we received at Kiki's villa. It was everything we hoped for and more. Breathtaking views, beautifully designed and maintained living areas and facilities, the most stunning pool, and friendly and helpful staff who did everything they could to give us the best time. The location was absolutely perfect - a short stroll to two well stocked mini-markets, the best little gyro takeaway, a bakery, a couple of restaurants and beach bars, and of course the stunning sandy beach of Achladias. The water taxi to Skiathos Town (every hour until late) from the beach made getting around so convenient We don't usually visit the same place twice, but may make an exception in this case! A week of pure luxury and relaxation. Thank you Kiki and Katerina x
