absolutely fabulous breakfasts and food.. cooked to perfection!! very reasonable prices. Shellina is an excellent cook. I didn't have one, but the pizzas looked very yummy too. loved the little ironing board and iron!! I actually used it!! The cleaning girls did a really lovely job each day. great to have the bed made for you! lovely crisp sheets, and towels, and a very comfy bed.

I absolutely adored my stay here and met some incredible people. The host is just WONDERFUL, so kind and caring and works so hard to make sure everybody has the best time. The other staff including the bartender in the evening were also angels - nothing was too much trouble. The food is cooked fresh to order and the variety on offer as well as drinks were all delicious. You MUST try their pizzas! Location in Achilades is great and the hotel is so clean and everything you could want and more. Comfy sunbeds and relaxing pool area. You are missing a treat if you pass this by!

Super, super friendly staff and guests. Great location 5mins to the bus and local grocery stores and restaurants. 8mins to the beach, water taxi, beach club and more restaurants. The pool, bar, library and olive grove are fab, perfect for chilling out and relaxing.

Great location - all the staff at the accommodation are amazing and make you feel extremely welcome.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had lots of extras (nespresso machine, Dental kit, shower gels, vanity kit). The bar served a range of food and drinks and the host was so lovely, happy to talk about the local area, very knowledgeable and the pool area was fab

A lovely experience. The hotel is situated in a beautiful garden full of olive trees, everything is clean and the staff are all amazing. The food and drinks were delicious and profesionally prepared. I would like to praise the bartender Janis who made our stay so much fun :) We will be coming back to this place!

Lovely pool area, lovely staff

“I had a brilliant week on Skiathos and really felt Filokalia was a freat place to stay in a great location.”

Location of Filokalia is excellent, as it is approximately halfway (not quite)along the southern bus route… so if you stay here you’re able to get to the main town and to the beaches at the far south western end of the island. It has a beautiful pool area with comfortable loungers and a bar area serving breakfast and light meals at very reasonable prices. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. The distance to the nearest beach (Achladies) is a 5-10 mins walk and there are 2 good mini markets only 5 mins walk away. Bus stop 10 is right by the mini markets and the eater taxi leaves from Achladies beach to Skiathos town and is €4 per person each way and a lovely way to travel. The air conditioning worked really well (essential in late July) and the wifi was great (much appreciated by my teenage son). The “bungalow room” we were in had a small fridge freezer that was great.

fabulous accommodation super sparkling clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very comfortable bed tea/coffee machine/ iron /safe/ fridge/hairdryer/toiletries aircon all included restaurant on site x great pool area supremely comfortable sunbeds with deep mattress’s great location very short walk to beach 5 mins / and bus stop (3mins) restaurants nearby x super bakery at end of track fresh filled baguette €3 and the best chicken pie the most friendly wonderful staff highly recommend like coming back to see your family absolutely wonderful see you very soon xxx

The facilities at Filokalia are first class. We have stayed there previously and will definately return. The location is perfect, away from the center of Skiathos town, but within easy access via bus or water taxi (the best route!) Pool area and pool bar were spotless. Good selection of food, especially the breakfast.

“A fantastic find on the island of Skiathos”

This hotel was a fantastic find. Lots of guests we met during our stay had stayed her year after year, and I can see why. The staff were so friendly, it was like staying with family. The location was perfect and very close to the bus stop. The pool area is really nice with very comfortable sun loungers.
