Overview
VAYA Achensee is located in Achenkirch, only a 15-minute walk from the Lake Achensee, in the heart of Tyrolean Alps. The Hoteldorf features rooms with a TV and a minibar.The rooms are decorated in traditional Alpine style and feature light wooden furnishings. Some units feature a balcony with views of the surrounding mountains, as well. Guests can dine at the on-site restaurant Achensee, which serves traditional specialties from the region. A tennis court complete the sport offer. A children playground is also available. Achenkirch Golf Club is only 3 km from the property. The closest ski bus stop can be reached within 7 minutes’ walk. New from summer 2024: Some of our areas (including the wellness area) are currently being renovated for you. Look forward to experiencing the fresh changes soon. “Nice hotel, friendly staff”
Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. The bar/hütte was really nice for before or after dinner. Food was good, but need to book in advance.

“Charming cozy rustic resort”
The pool area is amazing - great for relaxation. Loved the bar in the room - for coffee and tee. And the spa baskets with bathrobe, towel and slippers are a really nice touch!

“Relaxing stay in the vicinity of ski slopes”
Hotel is at the Christlum ski slopes, but other ski centers are also within 20-30 min drive with a car. Spa facilities are very nice and we enjoyed relaxing after full day of skiing. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Plenty options for breakfast.

“Lovely stay”
Amazing place, all the staff were great and went above and beyond. Facilities were great, outdoor pool and spa area were lovely after a day on the slopes. We were a family of 6 in total and everyone from 6 year old to the 20 year old enjoyed it.

Exceptional staff at the reception. Leah the hotel manager runs a tight ship and very hands-on, and sees all big and little things- amazing! As we were the only family without the car, the hotel has kindly organised a transport to the lifts every morning and pickup in the afternoon. Truly purvey attentive helpful people who want to make sure you enjoy your holiday!

“We are looking forward coming next year”
Amazing and cozy family hotel, new and stylish facilities. Half board option is amazing and provides a very good breakfast and delicious dinner menu (4 options are available for your choice plus an entries bar). SPA zone is very comfortable, with new outside hot pool, jacuzzi, pool, different sauna’s and lots of chase longs for chill and relax. Staff is very friendly and in total the hotel is super client oriented 👍

“Great experience, wonderful location”
I spent my birthday in VAYA with my partner. We loved our stay. The room was spacious, very beautiful, bright and clean. We had a terrace with the mountain view. The food was delicious- restaurant had a buffet with large selection (and 4 options of main course for dinner). We also had drinks in Tiroler hut, there were different board games and live music (in a certain hour). The spa area is really nice. It has 2 saunas, 2 pools and a lot of sunbeds to rest. There’s also an outdoor nature pool with cold water. We went there right after sauna, it was great experience. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice place with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. It was a lovely spot to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we really enjoyed our time here.

“Good place for a relaxing time after a hike”
The place was nice but it didn’t look like the photos. It is not a luxury resort but the facilities are nice and we had a nice stay after our hikes. However the staff were amazing, specially at the reception and the bar by the pool.

Nice staff, good location, From pictures it does look like 1 big resort but actually you have a copule small cottage , so you live in 1cottage, welness is in different one and also dinner/breakfast is in different cottage

Our appartment was spacious for family of 4 persons. It was really well equipped, heated wooden floors, comfortable beds. We made breakfast and dinner in the appartment, so we found all cutlery and cooking tools we need, including dishwashing machine. We enjoyed sauna area for adults and our kids enjoyed with swimming pool although swimming pool is not big.
