It was near the beach, also the main road with taverns and shops was very near. It was in a quiet area, and the back garden was a dream. The owner was very very nice and friendly. We had a wonderful stay here. The house has air-conditioning, nets on doors and windows for the mosquitoes, towels for outdoor jacuzzi as well. Well equipped kitchen. Both of the bathrooms are newly renovated.

“Nice house close to the see with very good host”

Very nice location, house is a very comfortable with almost everything you may neeed. There are a lot of areas around the house where you can sit with your family/friends. Jakuzzi was a nice addition in the middle of hot day/evening. Big shop is in walk access fromt he house, 6-7 min walk to the beach. A/c was working and cooling the house. We were surprised by wine welcome pack, and that host changed 3 times bedlinen during out stay (each5-6 days) and helped to clean the house and territory around including grill

Great location, amazing garden and a lot of space inside the house. Outside jacuzzi is a huge highlight, especially in a very hot day. We loved our stay in Acharavi!

The garden is spectacular as is the entire location. 2 min away from the beach and a great restaurant.

The villa is large and spacious. Inside, the building is decorated in an old-fashioned style. There are plenty of places to relax in the garden. Children enjoyed playing in the garden. Thanks to the location between the beach and the main street, you can quickly shop or find a restaurant. Definitely a good position for families with children.

“Family stay in May”

We stayed as family group - Mum, Dad, Nanny and our (almost) two year old. The toys in the garden were perfect for little one, she loved going out and using the swing and playing on the slide, pushing the baby buggy about and learning how to use a scooter! We had a couple of BBQs (charcoal available at the supermarket at the top of the lane) and found that we had more than enough equipment, cutlery etc for this. A highchair was supplied,which was great, but unfortunately our little one refused to sit in any highchair the whole holiday 🤦🏼‍♀️ We met the owner, Mr Giannis, a few times and he was very kind and helpful. If we had any issues, he was there almost instantly to resolve. Both he and the lovely cleaning lady who came mid week made a big fuss of our little girl. The villa is perfectly situated, with a 5 min walk to the beach (even while loaded up with buggy and various beach equipment) there's lots of nice restaurants that allow you to use their sunbeds if you get food and drinks (we used Maistro a lot.) We used Hotel Eriva's pool, (just down the end of the lane that the villa is on) literally less than a minute walk and bought drinks, snacks and ice creams there. There's also a park on the main road, near Corfu Cars car hire. There are lots of great restaurants nearby - we ate out twice a day and only had one meal that wasn't exceptional. Loads of shops, we had no issue finding nappies, wipes, sensitive sun block and even peppa pig yogurts. The villa itself was spacious, clean and cool. A travel cot was also supplied, which was the same as the one at Nanny's, so that went down well. It was the perfect set up for us as two households in one family, with Nanny having the downstairs bedroom and bathroom and us having the two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. There's AC in each room, but we didn't use it.
