“One of the worst hotel stays I ever experienced”
Loud shouting and partying in the bar directly below our room going on until 2am made our stay here extremely uncomfortable. There was nobody on call to report this to, and nobody at the reception the morning after. Other things didn't add up either — the internet password was not working, it took over 45 mins for the breakfast to get prepared. Very poor experience, especailly for the price of £150 a night. Do not recommend.

Breakfast was excellent but a bit slow to arrive as the - very pleasant - server appeared to be doing everything on his own. The problem of insufficient staff seems to be everywhere - needs change of government policy.

Friendly and attentive staff, doing their best. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for exploring the Ardnamurchan peninsula and there was plenty of parking for guests.

Everything- your staff are amazing, you went the extra mile for us making sure we had plenty of options for breakfast even though we were away an hour before breakfast started Your food is fantastic! You should have more stars We will definitely becoming back Thank you

“Great Little Hotel by Loch Shiel”
Very friendly bar and reception staff. Room wS comfortable, spacious, very happy with it. Breakfast in the morning was excellent- met with lovely lady who cooked excellent scrambled eggs and bacon!

“A lovely Inn serving good food and comfortable rooms”
The room was great, plenty of space and very comfortable. Location and car parking was brilliant too. The two ladies on arrival were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed an excellent evening meal. which was catered to our needs, with quick service and efficient staff.
