The travel descriptions were poor for anyone without a smart phone. the booking.com map gave the location on the wrong side of the road. The pod and the house which it belonged to, both did not have name signs. We found the place by asking in the local shop.

“Lovely Pod in Acharacle”

The pod was clean and warm, with underfloor heating and everything we needed for our stay. The view from the door was lovely, and we used it as a base to explore the Acharacle area.

“Perfect for a short stay”

You could park your car safely right outside. It was really quiet during the night but close enough to walk to the pub (approx 10 mins) the bed was comfortable and enough storage to put your clothes for a couple of nights, the patio outside was ideal for a glass of wine before we went out for evening meal. The fridge was ideal size for the time we were there. It was clean and although it was an electric shower it was still powerful enough for us. There is a bakery along the road which you can walk to if you don’t want to make breakfast and also a cafe.

It was completely self contained, had everything I needed and more. 4 nights of absolute peace. Really well located for exploring the Ardnamurchan coast.

The glamping pod is great. The shower works well and it's fully equipped for cooking your meals. It's in a beautiful location, the glamping pod is located very close to the main house, but it is still private.

Great location. Pod was exactly as described and had everything I needed for my stay.

It is small, but so well made and it has all the facilities and it all is good quality. It was cozy and warm.

It was exactly as described, very well equipped and comfortable. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable bed.

Firstly the pod is in a scenic, quiet village and has a beautiful view over Loch Shiel. It was neat, tidy and clean, had all the necessities/utilities required for a really enjoyable and comfortable short stay. I had an introduction to the pod and the local area from the owner which was very helpful. Due to the unbelievably good weather I spent more time out of the pod than in it but I would've been happy enough to sit back and relax in it if the weather hadn't been so good. I couldn't really fault anything about it. Would gladly return.

The location was absolutely beautiful, the view to wake up to every morning was stunning. The pod itself was so spacious in its size and had everything we needed for a week away. The host left a folder with loads of information about local attractions and hikes which we made good use of and explored the area. Everything was absolutely perfect, couldn’t of asked for more, we will be booking again for next year for sure!
