“Not returning”

No window in the room. Towels had to be requested. No payment per card possible. Reception was closed (weekend) at 11 pm although online states 24h reception.

Very convenient location, easily accessible, plenty of street food stalls close by

The breakfast was only omelette and toast but it was tasty and there was a kettle and supply of tea bags, coffee, chocolate and milk, you can brew up anytime

The staff were super helpful and very friendly.

“Excellent low budget stay in Osu, near thriving community”

Sharp is a nice comfortable airbnb/guesthouse, close to Oxford Street and the cool Osu area. It's just around the corner past the market and leaves you just slightly outside of the busier area, but also close enough. This stay is perhaps more ideal for the more seasoned travellers - there are plenty of hawkers around the corner... but apart from that, you're in a great area, with some nice local food within your grasp, bustling night life and most everything else within a short distance. The Sharp Guesthouse itself is fine. It's not a 5-star hotel, but you also don't pay for that! The rooms are comfortable and offer you everything that you may need, all the necessary facilities are there. The place is clean, the showers are good, the fridge was clean - the bed is fine and the wifi works. The staff is also wonderful, especially Anastina went out of her way to make the stay comfortable, without a single complaint.

“My last Time”

I stayed in Sharps a few years ago and have recomended it to lots of people. Unfortunately the Owner died and the place has gone down since The room needed repainting or an industrial clean, the shower had water issues, or ran to hot or too cold, the free internet was so bad I couldn't even make a WhatApp call, the TV used to have a choice of hundreds of channels, now it's just the free local channels, there was no soap or shampoo in the room. On the bright side the Location is fantastic, it comes with a free breakfast, it's cheap

Excellent value for money residence. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are well cleaned. There is some wear and tear but nothing out of the ordinary. Lighting is good, AC is good. Shower is always nice and hot (or refreshing and cold) - all other amendments are within reach. Rooms are quiet, although there will be some partying just outside especially during the weekend - as well as people enjoying football games. But that's Accra for you - I would rather suggest joining in on occasionally and embrace possible new connections!
