La Maddalena is a working farm of 10 hectares set on a hill on Monte Calvo, offering views of Mount Etna. The property includes a dining hall, a large ballroom, and 2 swimming pools. Comiso Airport is a 10-minute drive away. Agriturismo La Maddalena's rustic rooms come with a private entrance and are surrounded by centuries-old vineyards. Each room features a sofa, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi is free throughout. The Agriturismo's restaurant serves traditional Sicilian cuisine for lunch and dinner. “Great location and great potential but needs to improve the quality of the rooms and the service.”
Meal on arrival was excellent and the food at breakfast was good. Property grounds are beautiful. Most of the staff are also polite and helpful when we asked for help.
