The beachfront location of the hotel is great, the room and the facilities were cleaned regularly, the turtle protection program is an excellent initiative.

“Good all inclusive hotel for this money”
See view. We lived in a 12 floor. We didn’t had any problem with sound from outside and with elivator. Maybe because we lived during week. Very nice girls on recepción, and all staff was nice. Food and drinks is ok, never was hungry. Good room, had everything that we need. Good location.

Amazing suite with a sea view and right on the beach.. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. I loved most things about it and would stay again. Good value for all inclusive.

“Short stay in acapulco”
It's a nice hotel and has a great beach position, it is of course being repaired after the devastating hurricane but the staff have done their very best
