We booked Standard room, with clear picture of the room on Booking.com. Upon arrival, the room suggested that we booked had no windows at all, all walls were clear glass, no privacy what so ever, and no privet bathroom. In our view it is an elegit room with no air circulation. We been offer to upgrade for an extra 500 pesos to a room that looked like the room that we actually booked. This got us both very upset considering the long travel, and isolated location. After all we got the room we booked initially for no extra charge, however it destroyed our visit to the place, and got us very disappointed at the way the placed is managed.

Staff barely speaks English, definitely not boutique experience, everything’s old and dirty in the rooms. We were offered to stay in the room, which was cheaper than we booked, and then forced to pay more than double price for the room we actually booked. Be aware.
