“Disappointing service and overpriced – Not worth the upgrade”
Bed and Location: The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the proximity to the beach is excellent. Breakfast: The breakfast was good, though we felt it was overpriced for what it offered.

Wow an amazing stay. Very friendly staff, special thanks to reception staff Lizbeth and general manager Alejandro for making our first family trip with our newborn very special. The hotel is very well maintained with clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The baby crib provided was very nice. The hotel is family friendly yet organized and spacious so it doesn't feel noisy with children. The location on the beach is great and the sunset view from the balcony is beautiful.

Amazing location right on the beach, polite and welcoming staff. Spacious room with a tremendous view, comfy extra large king size bed, spotless clean. There's a gym, few swimming pools and it's own beach

The location of the hotel was good. The hotel staffs were hospitable but it would be nice to have some English and French speaking staffs.
