My wife forgot her Yeti at the lobby , then a couple of hours later when we came back we asked for it, but the receptionist just said that it was not there and that nobody saw it.

Housekeeping was wonderful! Pool staff was great. Bell staff was great! this was our 14th year in Acapulco (did not come in 2024). We usually stay at Fiesta Americana but we did not this year due to too much confusion about reopening and very high rates. We were very happy with Emporio. It was a real hotel with a vibrant lobby! Location was fabulous.

“A great place to stay in Acapulco.”
The room was spacious with a great view over Acapulco bay. The location is in the centre of the main strip - close to many restaurants and shops. The check-in process was quick and easy - we arrived late in the evening, so there was no queue. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The buffet breakfast is had a wide range of food, including eggs cooked to order.

Definitely value for money. The building and furniture is a bit old but it's compensated by the several swimming pools, delicious food and quick and kind staff.
