“Amazing”

The most amazing apartment I have ever stayed. It was clean, modern, and had everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic and the hosts were the warmest you could meet. Will definitely return. Dino express directly underneath, some fabulous restaurants and bars also at the marina. KV Gourmet Restaurant is suberp as is La Paella Rustica. Raffa's bar is the perfect chillout zone to watch the marina traffic. Quite peaceful and felt very secure.

“One of the best apartments ever , fantastic”

The apartment was right on the Marina on the first floor, directly above a small supermarket, making the trip for fresh croissant each morning a breeze. I have never stayed in an apartment that was so well equipped for a holiday, lots of spare linen and towels, cooking utensils , hair dryer, laundry , all catered for . Marco and Erica left a huge bowl of fresh fruits and a gorgeous bottle of wine . The apartment was immaculate and a huge balcony to enjoy a spot of people watching and also to enjoy the breaking waves over the harbour wall in the distance . The Los Gigantes cliffs are directly in front and we used to love to watch sunrise over them, quite spectacular The apartment is easily accessible to local restaurants and bars and a 7 minute walk to a local bus stop to tour the island . Just so well set up, we had a fantastic stay here

“Wonderful experience”

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location. The apartment had everything needed for a great vacation: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living room, and a beautiful large terrace from which it is delightful to watch the harbor and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The hosts were very kind and provided helpful information about places to visit in Tenerife.

“A wonderful apartment with excellent hosts”

Marco and Enrica welcomed us and showed us round the flat and gave helpful suggestions for places to eat and to visit. Marco then helped us with parking. The flat was really clean and well equipped, and has a fantastic view over the harbour. The hosts show great generosity of spirit. A huge bowl of fruit, together with wine, cava, beer, tea, coffee etc were all provided. We went on a very enjoyable boat trip from the harbour and saw flying fish, dolphins, pilot whales and a turtle. There’s a lovely coastal walk along to Alcala which we would recommend. Shops and restaurants are on the doorstep. Marco was so helpful when we accidentally went out without the keys. We would love to return.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and was equipped with all the little things that you need on holiday like dishwasher tablets, washing liquid etc. The location was beautiful overlooking the marina and it was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The owners were really friendly and we really appreciated that they took the time to give us some ideas of where to visit on our holiday. They also provided a lively basket of fruit, some wine, beer and milk. Overall a wonderful stay in a lovely apartment with some very thoughtful touches. One of the best that we’ve ever stayed at.

The location and especially the view was excellent

Great view, nice Interieur, got everything you need. The hosts are extremely nice and gave us so many tips what to do on the island and where to park our car! They even gave us fruit, beer and wine Directly under the apartment is a supermarket which is open till 10pm everyday. We really loved the breakfast on the balcony with the view on los gigantes everyday. The apartment also has beach towels and a beach umbrella. Can not recommend enough.

We stayed a week in this fantastic apartment with a lovely view. Perfect spotless accommodation with everything you need for your holiday.washing machine dishwasher fridge.... Washing liquid dishwasher tablets was enough for our stay On our arrival we had a lovely surprise bottle of wine and a big bowl of fruits We highly recommend this apartment .We will definitely come back here. Marco and his partner are great hosts.

Marco and Erica were so friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival they provided us with a thorough overview of the apartment and recommended some spots around the island to visit. They even had a fruit bowl, vine and coke for us, which was a very nice touch.

The apartment was a little gem in the Los Gigantes marina. The view was every bit as enchanting as in the photos and the apartment was very comfortable, clean and more than well-equipped. We received a very warm welcome by our hosts, complete with a bottle of wine and a gorgeous basket of exotic fruit that we enjoyed for breakfast throughout our stay. They were happy to give us tips on what to visit and which restaurants to go to. They also pointed us to a free parking nearby (there were always at least a couple of places available when we came back from our day trips in the evening). We had a wonderful time and will certainly come back if opportunity arises.

“High quality apartment with lovely placement right at the harbour”

This is a top notch high quality renovated apartment. Spaceous balcony. Excellent intelligent AC system with two units. The best apartment we have experienced there yet and we have stayed in the area several times over the last 10 years. There is a tiny supermarket right below the apartment. Very convenient.

Our hosts were great,very helpful and welcoming. The appartment was probably the best we've stayed in. Not only the location but the facilities, made it easy for us to have a very relaxed holiday. We can thoroughly recommend Top View.

Very clean and exceptionally well equipped apartment. Good sized apartment and balcony, with view of marina. Very convenient supermarket, bars and restaurants below apartment. Very helpful and responsive owners.
